The Power of Words
The words you speak are the spells you live by. The medium of the plane you live in is a reflective feedback loop. Be mindful of what you say and how you say it. Stating what is happening will reinforce what is. If you want to change your reality, change your words. The most effective change agents are “I am” and “I have”. Speaking in the present positive helps flip the script and rewrite the code playing in the backdrop of your life. Speak and you shall be.
Words are arrows. Be mindful of the words you speak because they can cause harm to those around you. Speak with integrity, say what you mean and mean what you say. Discern when to speak and when not to speak.
For example: Instead of saying I am struggling to pay my rent, which may be true, state I have everything I need. I am grateful. Instead of saying relationships don’t work for me, say I have healthy relationships. I am blessed. These examples are not toxic positivity where “it’s all good”, rather it invites an opportunity to change states from one experience to another.
Note: Identifying where you are and what you are experiencing is half the battle. Oblivion is the default mode. Once you recognize a behavior, then you can change it. If you want to experience something different, your word choice will take your game to the next level.
